Sigh

Sorting out my computer and found a little pile of pictures from last summer an a little bit of the start of this year. Lovely people and summer and life. This is my gal Sasha before she went off inter-railing (is that one word? you can just stick a hyphen anywhere these days can't you). We stayed up all night watching Coffee and Cigarettes being painfully cool and edgy as her flight was silly o'clock in the morning. Anyway she nearly missed the flight! She had to be escorted through security, massive har har. Look how totally groovechic she looks about to set off.

This is Sasha's cat, Plod. He's chilled.

How insanely groovy is Becky's hat! And we were never short of snacks! All night munch munch ooer. It was heavy, but worth it. For the rest of us, anyway.

Another Becky. Medusa. Did it so well.

Becky's window. Seemed a really arty picture to take at the time. Totally deep. That jar is SUN IN A JAR, by the by. Yeah I know. Biggest waste of money in the whole of the world, but she loves it. What can I say, it's the sun in a jar. The sun is like one of the only things that is free for everyone. Biggest con ever.

Leeds market. Dunno if she knows I was stalking her with my phone. She does now teeheehee uh.

Again, thought this was really arty and deep at the time. Maybe it would be if it wasn't a phone camera (or maybe it would still be crap then).

This is my foxy mama! With the ultimate fashion accessory: Bag for life.

She's 50 today. Cutie babes.

SPEAKING OF CUTE!

I got that picture from my sista's blog Acid Wallpaper. This is us being cute - me on the left obviously, style icon 1995/6/? Already at it with the neckscarves I see. Yeahhhh.

This is her now! This was her 21st dress. Was "thrifted" (charity shop) then "tailored" (taken in).

This is from when we went to London at the end of my first year. She looked lavleh.

This is me mate Gaby. An then me, by me mate Gaby. Then me I think again by me mate Gaby. Then me mate Gaby's room, it's SOOO COOL!!

I bought these sunnies from blue rinse, and I loved them to death! And then I took them to Berlin because I thought they would make everyone fall in love with me and I was showing off in them on the train FROM the airport (the first day), and I snapped them! Oh my god I wanted to cry. But we laughed (but I was really crying).

Cute life.
